Custom Orders
All custom and personalized projects are non-returnable.
Because these pieces are made specifically for you — often with custom engravings, unique designs, or special measurements — we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds.
If your custom order arrives damaged or with an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Pre-made Projects
Pre-made, ready-to-ship items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are:
- In original, unused condition
- Packaged securely to prevent damage during return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or damage during shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or not as described, please email us at wilburwoodworking@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or error
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll work with you to repair, replace, or refund your item as quickly as possible.
How to Start a Return
- Email wilburwoodworking@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
- We’ll provide instructions and the return shipping address.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
